We had a 3-way tie between the Schlottner, Greene and Case teams who finished
the season with an 8-2 record. To determine the season winner, we had to look to
games won. The Case team is the season winner with 317 games. The Schlottner and
Greene teams are tied at 297 games won so we had to look at games lost. The
Schlottner team lost 231 games and the Greene team lost 230 games so the Greene
team is second and is eligible for the remaining National Qualifier spot.
(George and Sue, I encourage you to double check your score cards to make sure
these numbers are correct since this was so close. Let me know if there are any
problems.)

The results for play-offs are as follows:
The winning team for Division A is the Williams team with a 5-1 record. The second place
team is the Loudis team with a 4-2 record.
In Division B both the Marinucci and Penman teams finished with a 5-1 record. Marinucci
defeated Penman 30-29 in the 7/16 match. According to WTT tiebreaker rules Marinucci
is the Division B winner.
The league winner as a result of the play-offs is the Williams team. The Williams,
Marinucci, and the Penman teams have all won a bid to National Qualifiers. These teams
have one year from their summer season win to attend a National Qualifiers.
